Janet Lewis is a self-described people-person with a long held love for design and broad-reaching knowledge of West L.A.’s real estate market. Janet gained a keen understanding of the Southern California real estate market during her years at Shorewood Realtors in the South Bay, where she also helped clients pursue homes around the Southland, from Arcadia to West Hollywood.

An L.A. resident for nearly a decade, Janet worked as a fit model for numerous L.A.- based clothing brands. “Being a model taught me so much about running my own business, managing clients and their expectations and fostering lifelong relationships,” says Janet. “While I knew it was not a ‘forever job,’ I love design and esthetics in any form. I cherish relationships and enjoy helping people take the next steps in their lives. Real estate is the perfect fit for me.”

Janet now resides in Malibu with her husband. She frequently draws inspiration and guidance from her father-in-law, Paul Randall, recently retired real estate professional who has decades of experience in the Malibu region.

In her spare time she enjoys cruising the coast in her husband’s classic car, spending time with their two dogs, going to flea markets, decorating, practicing yoga and entertaining friends and family. Janet lives by the mantra: “If anything is worth doing, do it with all your heart.”
