In their first American residential project, Viennese deconstructivists Wolf Prix & Helmut Swiczinsky have conceived multiple sculptures serving as unique living &/or work space in the center of a vibrant community. Front tower embraces a living space and kitchen with radiant floor heat, library mezzanine, two bedroom spaces & a roof deck.
