Following his own vision, Thorgusen expanded on his U.S.C. School of Architecture training, creating a unique organic space for living within Eckbo’s forest landscape. The sense of living in nature is dramatically accentuated by surrounding ponds, pools, and a structural system of variegated height ceilings with folded plate roofs. Gated and secluded, the residence includes: 3 bedrooms, 2 updated baths, office and open plan living space organized into living, family, dining and library areas.
