A designer’s live/work loft in LA lists for $1.1m

The live/work loft of a designer and publisher duo has hit the market in Los Angeles’ Arts District for $1.1m.

Sitting on the top floor of the Molino Lofts building – one of the area’s original adaptive reuse projects – the one-bedroom bolthole belongs to Micah Heimlich of design firm UnHeim and writer Paul Foss. [read full story at The Spaces]
